Timothy M. Spridgeon has over 30 years experience in the representation of corporations and individuals before the U.S. Immigration Service, the U.S. Immigration Court, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Consulates and Embassies around the world. Representation includes all U.S. immigration and visa matters involved with foreign investment in the U.S., international trade, North American Free Trade Agreement, business and professional personnel, international corporate transfers, labor certifications, employment authorization, permanent residency, family petitions and citizenship.
Member of Florida Immigration and Nationality Law Board Certification Committee (1994-1999); Member of Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1989-1990); President of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1989-1990); Two Term First Vice President of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (1989-87 and 1987-88); Liaison Representative for the Private Bar with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (1986-88, 1990-91, 1993-94), with the Office of the Immigration Judge (1986-88) and with the U.S. Department of Labor (1995-present); current member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Florida Bar.
